The image archival system allows you to quickly respond to customer inquiries by researching payment activity and viewing clear stub images online in seconds. All images are stored online for up to 12 months prior to being archived for an agreed upon period of time. FirsTech's exception item processing accurately handles items such as customer correspondence, NSF checks and unidentified checks.

Mark Sense: Mark Sense technology eliminates the process of identifying address changes or gathering marketing or survey information manually. FirsTech sends images of these items to you on a daily basis.

NetQuery: This Internet-based lockbox research tool provides you secure and encrypted access to our archives where you may view customer payment data. All stubs and checks are imaged and archived, including exception items.

Character Amount Recognition (CAR) and Legal Amount Recognition (LAR): FirsTech's system automatically checks the amount to be encoded against the stub amount. The system compares hand-written numerical amounts (CAR), hand-written legal amounts (LAR), keyed amounts and scan line information.
